The licensing section's mission is to provide efficient and effective administrative support services to West Virginia
applicants and licensees in obtaining and renewing a bedding license, contractor license, crane operator certification, manufactured housing licenses and plumber license.

The licensing section strives to provide an expedient licensing process by maintaining a climate that allows the growth of commerce while ensuring the health, safety and welfare of the all citizens in West Virginia.
